Administrative & Compliance Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative & Compliance Officer who can independently handle procurement, HR coordination, regulatory compliance, and official correspondence.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of processes, following through without constant supervision, and dealing with suppliers, employees, and regulatory bodies professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Coordination- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to delivery
- Request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and monitor timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure requirements are met
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding requirements
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave tracking
- Liaise with external service providers (payroll, government agencies, etc.)
- Ensure HR documentation and processes are compliant and up to date
- Monitor and assist in regulatory, permit, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized records for audits, banks, and government agencies
- Coordinate with external parties regarding compliance-related matters
- Ensure deadlines and renewals are tracked and completed on time
- Draft, manage, and track official letters and email correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in administrative, operations, HR, or compliance roles
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Someone who follows through, not just “assists”
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Organized, structured, and accountable
- Calm and professional when dealing with suppliers, employees, and regulators
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, capability, and demonstrated reliability.
