  1. Review of Financial Schedules and generated Trial Balance
  2. Review of Bank Reconciliation per Books and Bank
  3. Review of Accounts Payable Voucher & CV – Trade and Non-Trade & Journal Vouchers
  4. Monitoring of Trust Receipts, Prepaid Import and Deposits of Purchases
  5. Prepares computation and documentation for the renewal of Business Permits – Annually / Quarterly
  6. Monitors DM/ charges of forwarders, merchandising agencies / manpower
  7. Monitors DM/ charges – rejects of raw materials and packaging.
  8. Review Journal Vouchers on Costing
  9. Review and checking of Journal Vouchers – Amortization, depreciation & others
  10. Assist during Mid-Year and Year end Physical Inventory
  11. Reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods inventory
  12. Prepares SOA – rental
  13. Computes Sales Incentives
  14. Monitor all liquidated and unliquidated advances and petty cash.
  15. Monitor submitted alpha list and validation reports – monthly/quarterly/annual
  16. Monthly Monitoring and Coordination with Affiliate on Intercompany transactions, to ensure that on year end, Due to/ Due From has been eliminated in the books.
  17. Monitor all accountable forms used by the company (OR,PR, Invoice, CM, etc.)
  18. Identify / Monitor permanent files for safekeeping.
  19. Coordinates in the filing and safekeeping of accounting records, forms and other files related to Government compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
  • With excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • At least with 1 year related working experienced in General/ Cost Accounting.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
  • Full-Time position(s) available
