About the role
AMKOR TRAVEL AND TOURS INC.' is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our growing travel and tourism business.
What you'll be doing- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records
- Assist with the preparation of invoices, statements, and other financial documents
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records
- Recent graduate or entry-level experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality
