Sales Agent (Life Insurance)

We are looking for a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team on a parttime basis. This role focuses on connecting with potential clients, educating them about general life insurance products, and helping them choose the best policy to protect their future and their loved ones.

• Engage with prospects to introduce life insurance products and services
• - Book at least one qualified client meeting per day
• - Work toward a target of 10 closed sales per month
• - Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent followups and excellent customer service
• - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance coverage
• - Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress
• Requirements
• Prior experience in sales (life insurance experience preferred, but not required)
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Goaloriented with the ability to meet daily and monthly targets
• - Selfmotivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• - Availability to work parttime on weekdays (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time)
• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
• Internet Connection:
• - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
• - Primary Device:
• - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• - Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• - A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• - Backup Device:
• - Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• - Must be functional during power interruptions.
• - A functioning webcam.
• - A noisecanceling USB headset.
• - A quiet, dedicated home office space.
