FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR- Responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of the golf reception and front office team.
- Ensures seamless guest service, smooth reservation and booking processes, accurate billing and overall satisfaction of members and guests.
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related course.
- Experience of at least three (3) to five (5) years in a related field or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Reservation and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
