SERVICE ENGINEER
(Cebu Based)
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and submits service contract proposals to the owner's representative.
- Prepares an estimate of the necessary cost (labor and materials) for the improvement of the client's equipment.
- Follows-up and discusses with the owner about the submitted proposals and recommendations for the improvement of their equipment.
- Follows-up to owner or his representative any request for adjustments in the service fee of their equipment.
- Conducts on the spot regular inspection of all generators in order to find out the condition and performance of the unit and/or servicing system.
- Monitors inventory level of spare parts and initiates actions to order whatever parts are needed.
- Entertains and acts on the suggestion/recommendation of the owner/owner's representative for the improvement of the operation/servicing of their equipment.
- Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
- Preferably with experience in the field of engineering
- Must be proficient in both oral and verbal communication
- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and with strong leadership potential
- Capable of negotiating effectively with prospective clients
