DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Oversee customers journey from reservation date to after sales transactions
- Maintain a comprehensive client service monitoring report per client
- Facilitate handover process with the buyer / homeowner during the inspection, noting in detail, needed rectifications, if any, together with the engineer in charge & property manager
- Communicate with respective clients through email or telephone calls for necessary updates, construction status & progress of their respective units
- Able to provide general administrative support in liaising with clients concerns with another department
- Timely submission of reports to immediate superior & other departments as required
- Attend SBU meeting such as Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and any other related departments
- Attend to request to concerned departments and create Dingtalk, Sales System Ticket, and Workflow
- Manage process approval and disapproval of requests and send management disposition via email
- Monitors timeline of sending disposition letters to clients regarding approval and disapproval request.
- Monitors sending of birthday greetings to customers via email
- Monitors sending out informative emails regarding the projects, updates, promos, etc.
- Developing effective communication platforms for internal and external clients
- Conduct customer service workshops and presentations or any related training relevant to client journey within internal and external departments in contact with clients
- Develop surveys to measure client satisfaction for every sales transaction
- And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
