Business Development Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW

Supports the company’s growth initiatives by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in sales and partnership activities to drive company revenue and expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies and reaches out to potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
• Assists in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
• Prepares presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective clients and partnerships.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure client requirements and project deliverables are met.
• Assists in achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.
• Senior High School Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Goal-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
