About the Opportunity

GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter and executive search partner of a growing and highly recognized Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand in the Philippines, is currently looking for a highly strategic, commercially driven, and expansion-focused BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned business development professional with strong exposure in the QSR, restaurant, food service, retail, or FMCG industry who thrives in fast-paced growth environments and understands how to drive store expansion, sales growth, strategic partnerships, and market penetration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping accelerate nationwide business growth, identify high-potential market opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support operational expansion initiatives.

What You Will Handle

Business Growth & Market Expansion
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Drive market expansion strategies to strengthen brand presence and business performance.
  • Support store expansion initiatives including site sourcing, location assessment, and feasibility evaluation.
  • Help identify high-potential markets, growth areas, and commercial opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Commercial Development
  • Develop business strategies that improve sales performance, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze business performance and provide recommendations for sustainable growth.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
  • Participate in expansion planning, project execution, and growth initiatives.
Market Analysis & Industry Intelligence
  • Monitor QSR industry trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and growth recommendations for management.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, business partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support franchise development discussions and business negotiations when applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to support growth initiatives.
Project & Operational Support
  • Lead and manage projects related to business expansion and operational improvement.
  • Ensure business development initiatives align with company goals, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Support cross-functional coordination for expansion and commercial projects.

What We’re Looking For

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the QSR, food service, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong background in store expansion, sales growth, and market analysis.
  • Experience handling business partnerships, commercial negotiations, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Exposure to operational support and expansion projects is highly preferred.
