GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter and executive search partner of a growing and highly recognized Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand in the Philippines, is currently looking for a highly strategic, commercially driven, and expansion-focused BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned business development professional with strong exposure in the QSR, restaurant, food service, retail, or FMCG industry who thrives in fast-paced growth environments and understands how to drive store expansion, sales growth, strategic partnerships, and market penetration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping accelerate nationwide business growth, identify high-potential market opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support operational expansion initiatives.

What You Will Handle
Business Growth & Market Expansion- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive market expansion strategies to strengthen brand presence and business performance.
- Support store expansion initiatives including site sourcing, location assessment, and feasibility evaluation.
- Help identify high-potential markets, growth areas, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop business strategies that improve sales performance, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Analyze business performance and provide recommendations for sustainable growth.
- Support initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
- Participate in expansion planning, project execution, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor QSR industry trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and emerging market opportunities.
- Conduct market research and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and growth recommendations for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, business partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Support franchise development discussions and business negotiations when applicable.
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to support growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage projects related to business expansion and operational improvement.
- Ensure business development initiatives align with company goals, timelines, and brand standards.
- Support cross-functional coordination for expansion and commercial projects.

What We’re Looking For
Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the QSR, food service, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong background in store expansion, sales growth, and market analysis.
- Experience handling business partnerships, commercial negotiations, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Exposure to operational support and expansion projects is highly preferred.
- Strong business development and strategic planning capability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
- Leadership and project management capability.
- Knowledgeable in QSR operations and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
