We are urgently looking for:

Accounting and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
 A.  Finance Responsibilities
  • Prepare canvass sheets and purchase orders for items requested by warehouse personnel, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation
  • Prepare Cash Vouchers, BIR Form 2307, and Liquidation Summaries for purchases and expenses to support timely fund replenishment
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of Input VAT and Withholding Tax to ensure compliance with BIR reporting requirements
  • Assist the Accounting and Admin Supervisor in the preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Monitor and verify supporting documents for financial transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding billing, payments, and documentation requirements
 B.  Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain and regularly update the Alpha List of Suppliers and manage various company forms and records
  • Monitor and update employee records, including timekeeping, attendance, and other HR-related documentation
  • Draft, prepare, and issue company memorandums, notices, and internal communications as required
  • Process and facilitate the renewal of vehicle permits with the LTO and other relevant regulatory agencies
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure easy access to company records
  • Provide administrative support to different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Accounting or Business Administration–related course
  • Experience in accounting, HR, or administrative functions is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
