Position Overview

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Assist in managing branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Support the Branch Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to increase profitability.
• Monitor financial transactions, cash flow, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Contribute to marketing and community outreach initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operations and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in banking, retail, or branch operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
