Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Learning and Development to design, implement, and facilitate training programs. The role requires strong experience in training delivery, program development, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate learning and development programs
- Plan and execute training assessments and examinations
- Create training materials, presentations, and learning content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs
- Manage and support small-scale L&D projects
- Monitor and improve training effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 3–6 years of experience in Learning and Development
- Experience in:
- Training facilitation and presentations
- Learning program creation
- Training exam planning
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling small projects
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, and professional email writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule
