Develop and execute HR service delivery strategies aligned with global direction, leveraging technology and process improvements for efficiency and seamless collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations of front-line and back-office teams, ensuring performance targets (SLAs, KPIs) are met and addressing service gaps proactively.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations, manage policy updates, and guide the team in handling sensitive or complex compliance issues.
- Plan and lead support for recurring HR events (e.g., Annual Enrollment), organizational changes, and system/process updates.
- Track and report operational metrics, manage team performance through dashboards and audits, and oversee the function's budget and forecasting.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent; foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that emphasizes service, engagement, and continuous development.

A successful HR Operations Manager should have:Required:
- 3+ years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a high-volume, service-focused environment
- Proven ability to lead through change and deliver measurable outcomes tied to strategic HR goals
- Strong knowledge of contact center metrics, tools, and best practices
- Working knowledge of the principles of Data Analytics and a working knowledge of Data Base integrated Dashboard tools such as MS Excel, MS Power BI and/or Tableau
Preferred:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Society of Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Senior Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-SPC)
- Bachelors, Human Resources / Business Management / Relevant Field of Study is required. Masters, Business Administration or Relevant Field of Study
- Experience operating in a global environment is preferred.
- Practical, hands-on experience in CRM systems (e.g., Genesys, Workday), contact center platforms, and workforce management tools
- Open to flexible shift / night shift
