Job Title:

Restaurant Operations- French Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified French Consultant for Restaurant Operations to support our business in enhancing French culinary authenticity and improving operational efficiency in our restaurant. The consultant will bring specialized knowledge in French cuisine, dining culture, and restaurant best practices to guide our team in delivering a world-class dining experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current operations, including staff performance, inventory management, customer service, and overall workflow.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all operational areas.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service and quality.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices and operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the restaurant for success.
• Collaborate with management to set measurable goals and objectives for operational improvements.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and guidance through implementation phases.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be a French national or have extensive experience in French restaurant operations.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the culinary or restaurant consultancy field, with a focus on French cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of French culinary techniques, ingredients, and service etiquette.
• Proven track record in training staff and improving restaurant performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work in Bgc, Taguig City/ Philippines].
