• Conduct site survey, setting out and leveling site
• Plot the project design
• Responsible for the project’s Bill of Materials
• Prepare the documents for Requests to Attach, Notice to Attach, Technical Advisory, Notice of Completion and facilitates its approval
• Check drawings and ensure that it is accurate for the project
• Attend meetings with clients, keeping them informed of project progress
• Oversee the quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are up kept
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may occur
• In the exigency of the service, maybe re-assigned or detailed to different projects of the Company
• Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate Superior or higher Management

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Customer-service oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Preferably with sales or customer-handling experience.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches or business centers.
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
• With valid Driver’s License 1 & 2 and knows how to drive a manual service vehicle.
