HR ASSOCIATE
As our HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, employee discipline, and general administration. Your contributions will help foster a positive work environment and align HR practices with the company’s goals to support our mission of helping people find happy careers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Prior internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or employee engagement is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration (major in Human Resources Development Management), or related field.
- Behavioral Competencies: Courage to speak up, accept feedback, reliability, exceed expectations, solutions-oriented.
- Technical Competencies: Basic knowledge of HR practices and policies, familiarity with HR software and systems, and proficient in Google Workspace, MS Teams, and other relevant office tools.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing employee documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- People Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and effectively manage relationships.
