About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project In Charge (PIC) to oversee and lead the execution of our construction projects across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. This role requires an accomplished construction professional with strong project management skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage resources, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Core Functions:

• Project Leadership & Execution – Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Team & Resource Management – Supervise engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring effective allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance – Guarantee project compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements across all project stages.

Core Competencies:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (Licensed Engineer/Architect preferred).
• 7–10 years of intensive experience in managing construction projects (mid-rise, high-rise, or large-scale infrastructure).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, safety, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Stakeholder satisfaction rating (>90% from clients and management).

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management roles within the construction industry.
• Strong track record of delivering successful construction projects in Visayas and/or Mindanao regions.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel and be assigned across Visayas & Mindanao project sites.
