- Conduct project presentations
- Develop digital marketing materials to promote Shang Properties projects in digital space
- Manage client accounts effectively and efficiently in order to sell the company’s projects according to business objectives and in a manner reflective of the company’s values
- Provide clients with relevant information on real estate developments and latest market trends
- Keep clients abreast on promo terms, discounts, price increases and other pertinent information that have an impact sales operations
- Must be a college graduate Or completed at least 72 Units
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Thrives under pressure and embraces challenges
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in real estate sales or any sales industry is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry including but is not limited to salesmanship, real estate practice, documentation and negotiation techniques
