A Beauty Clinic looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients at our beauty clinic. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure that every client has a welcoming and smooth experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
> Welcome clients as they arrive, check them in, and ensure a smooth transition to their scheduled appointments. Provide information about treatments, services, and promotions.
> Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for clients. Ensure accurate documentation and clear communication of appointments to the clinic’s service providers.
> Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Handle email correspondence related to appointments and clinic services.
> Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, preferences, and personal details in the clinic's system.
> Process client payments for services, products, and packages. Handle transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
> Collect client feedback after treatments and address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
> Assist clients with purchasing retail products, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
> Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Monitor and maintain stock levels for retail products and office supplies.

> Provide administrative support to other clinic staff as needed, including assisting with appointment coordination, client management, and general operations.

Qualifications:
> Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a beauty, wellness, or healthcare setting.
> Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
> Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
> Familiarity with scheduling software or clinic management systems
> Basic knowledge of beauty treatments and products
> Friendly and approachable with a professional demeanor
> Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
> Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
> Strong attention to detail and accuracy
> Ability to handle client concerns with tact and diplomacy
> Filipino Resident in the Philippines

> Willing to be trained in Metro Manila for 3 weeks (w/ FREE ACCOMODATION)

Work Schedule: 6 Days/ Week (1 day-off), 10:00AM-5:00PM / 7:00PM

Work Location: Cebu City (ONSITE Work)
