- Minimum of 2 proven experience in data entry and administration roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and databases.
- Excellent research skills and ability to validate information effectively.
Core responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Management: Inputting and updating data into client systems with precision and speed.
- Research and Validation: Conducting thorough research to validate vendor and supplier information, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly auditing and cleaning databases to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to data entry processes and supplier validation.
- Reporting: Generating reports on data quality, vendor validation status, and other relevant metrics as needed.
