About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at N&M Staffing Services as a Portuguese Data Entry Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing a variety of data and information in Portuguese, supporting the company's operations and data management processes.Based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, this role offers the chance to work for a respected staffing services provider and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing- Accurately input data and information in Portuguese across various systems and databases
- Maintain and update data records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
- Proofread and quality check data entry work to minimise errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data management initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed
- Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese
- Strong data entry and word processing skills with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated experience in a similar data entry or administrative role
- Must be Permanent Visa Holder or With Resident Permit
