We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Process accounts payable transactions including invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders

• 1-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
