Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage store construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and landlords.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to brand standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
Review drawings, quotations, and construction plans.
Handle project documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of construction/project management experience.
Experience in retail fit-out, commercial renovation, or chain store construction is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Willing to travel frequently.
