Operations Manager (Construction Materials Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, purchasing and inventory control. The role ensures smooth operations, efficiency and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Oversee warehouse, logistics and delivery operations
• Coordinate operations, purchasing and inventory control
• Ensure smooth workflow and on-time distribution
• Monitor performance and prepare operational reports
• Implement process and cost-efficiency improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational needs
• Lead teams to ensure productivity and accountability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Resolve operational issues and implement practical solutions

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Experience in construction materials, logistics, distribution or similar operations
• Strong exposure to warehouse, logistics, inventory and purchasing coordination
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
• Familiarity with labor regulations and workplace safety standards is an advantage
• Willing to do field work, handle multiple sites, report to the Manila office, and available to start as soon as possible
