Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, online research, and client visits.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare and deliver product or service presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Negotiate with clients within approved company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and company events.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Support branding initiatives to increase company visibility.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company's database.
- Conduct follow-up calls and after-sales support.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Preferrably with experience in a Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facility
