Are you a dynamic deal-maker with a passion for commercial real estate? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager/ Head to identify prime properties, negotiate high-impact deals, and build lasting client relationships that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and visit areas to secure new properties for the company to market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and other outreach methods.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Negotiate with prospective property owners about the advantages of the services being offered and follow up with them in order to secure properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Work closely with the Brokerage team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and identify new business opportunities. • Develop a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or office leasing within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation & closing skills with a track record of securing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication & networking abilities to engage property owners, developers, and investors.
  • Market-savvy & analytical mindset to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Self-motivated & results-driven with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deals.
  • Established network of industry contacts is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
