Project Management Construction

Manage the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.

Provide technical advice and innovative solutions for construction challenges.

Assist Project partners on engagements with local authorities/regulators

Lead onshore procurement and sub-contractor’s engagements

Provide monthly Reports to Management and stakeholder

Project Management of Operations:

Ensure efficient and effective operations across production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service.

Manage operational budget.

Establish a reporting system to Management and Board of Directors.

Oversee recruitment process.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and supervise the Project team, monitoring on-site progress.

Motivate and guide a high-performance management team, mentoring and career development.

Client and Stakeholder Relations:

Work with the management team to develop and implement operational infrastructure plans.

Address and resolve issues related to ongoing construction and site operations.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, and manage records of accidents, injuries, and incidents.

Additional Tasks:

Perform any additional tasks related to operations and construction at various company sites
