We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium shopping experience, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in clients, identifying their needs and guiding them through our product collections.
- Product Expertise: Provide detailed technical information and demonstrations of our products to help customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Generation: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively following up on leads and closing in-store transactions.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom floor is visually appealing, organized, and that all displays are functioning correctly.
- Administrative Support: Process orders, prepare quotations, and manage basic inventory tracking using our internal systems.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, showroom operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Aptitude: Strong ability to learn technical product specifications and explain them clearly to non-technical customers.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Education: College degree or vocational diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.
