Sales Associate (Agriculture graduates are welcome to apply)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to support our sales and business development efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their sales career while gaining hands-on experience in client engagement, fieldwork, and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives and deliver strong sales results.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, retention plans, and data-driven approaches to improve marketing and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, timely delivery, and consistent follow-through.
• Conduct client visits and fieldwork as needed to strengthen partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally during client interactions and contribute to overall business expansion efforts.
• Monitor client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to help identify growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in the pest control industry)
• Background in Agriculture is an advantage
• Licensed fumigators are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferably owns and drives a vehicle, or is willing to commute for client meetings and fieldwork as required.
