Job Description

• Conducts field surveys in designated areas outside Metro Manila to identify ongoing and upcoming construction or development projects
• Gathers and documents key project information, including project type, scope, location, timelines, involved parties, and current progress
• Identifies and establishes contact with key decision-makers such as project owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Promotes company products and services to potential clients through in-person visits, presentations, or organized events
• Assists in preparing and submitting sales quotations based on client requirements, in coordination with the Engineering department and under the guidance of the Sales Section Head
• Conducts regular follow-ups on submitted quotations and coordinates with internal departments or management as needed
• Secures necessary project information documentation, including Contract Agreements, Signed Conforme, Purchase Orders, Notice to Proceed, and Letter of Award
• Gathers and submits layout drawings and other technical documents required for Engineering and estimating purposes
• Coordinates with clients regarding equipment delivery and shipping schedules
• Assists in the collection of payments and ensures timely submissions to the company
• Prepares and submits daily or periodic sales activity reports to the Sales Section Head
• Monitors market activity, including competitor products, pricing, and promotions, and reports relevant insights to management
• Maintains the confidentiality of all sensitive company and client information
• Adheres to IEE quality policy and the quality objectives of E/E Sales Department
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

• Graduate of any 4-year Business, Engineering, or Architecture course, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
• Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Must be able to comprehend and intelligently discuss product offerings and their technical applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and professionalism
• Willing to travel frequently and work independently in the field
