Sales Admin Junior Lead

Job Summary:
The Sales Admin Junior Lead will lead a team to support the sales team by assisting in the merchant onboarding processes, maintaining accurate sales records/reports, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and merchant partners.This role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive approach to help streamline sales operations and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing merchant applications and documentation for onboarding.
- Assist in delegating leads from various channels to regional sales team for handling (META, Partners, etc.)
- Maintain and update merchant data and sales records
- Assists in coordinating with internal teams (Risk & Underwriting, Operations and other units) to facilitate smooth merchant onboarding and activation.
- Prepare and generate sales reports, dashboards, and summaries as required.
- Respond to merchant inquiries and provide timely updates regarding application status and requirements.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales admin activities.
- Assist in coordinating training and communication for new processes or system updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in sales administration, preferably in financial services, payments, or merchant acquiring.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales support tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, or related industry is a plus.
