Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR and Administration Manager to oversee all human resources and administrative functions across the organization. This corporate-wide role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, supports employee engagement, and manages general administration to create an efficient and compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong operational background in both HR and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures across all departments and locations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and support management in talent planning and workforce development.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and fairly.
  • Manage HR records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Report HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee general office administration, including facility management, procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics.
  • Supervise administrative staff across multiple departments or sites.
  • Ensure effective coordination of office support services (e.g., security, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Manage company assets, supplies, and resources in a cost-effective and organized manner.
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and corporate functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR and admin experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management procedures.
  • Experience in multi-site or corporate-wide HR administration is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, HRIS systems, and relevant admin tools.
