Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR and Administration Manager to oversee all human resources and administrative functions across the organization. This corporate-wide role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, supports employee engagement, and manages general administration to create an efficient and compliant workplace.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong operational background in both HR and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures across all departments and locations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support management in talent planning and workforce development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and fairly.
- Manage HR records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Report HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee general office administration, including facility management, procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics.
- Supervise administrative staff across multiple departments or sites.
- Ensure effective coordination of office support services (e.g., security, housekeeping, maintenance).
- Manage company assets, supplies, and resources in a cost-effective and organized manner.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and corporate functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR and admin experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management procedures.
- Experience in multi-site or corporate-wide HR administration is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, HRIS systems, and relevant admin tools.
