Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team! As an HR Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinate interviews and job offers
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Employee Relations:

Foster positive employee relationships and resolve conflicts
Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
Promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Manage employee data and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Training and Development:

Coordinate training programs and workshops
Identify training needs and develop solutions
Support employee growth and development initiatives

Special Projects:

Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed
Contribute to HR process improvements and policy development

Job Qualifications

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with labor laws (DOLE) and HR best practices
