PREMIER SALES MANAGER

Premier Sales Manager will be responsible for organizing the premier sales team by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. He/She will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of the salespeople.

  • Strategic planning and implementation of quarterly and monthly sales activities
  • Managements of sellers and buyers’ feedback and other data collection method to help create and innovate sales activities
  • Coordination with Team Leads/SBUS/and all other departments concerned
  • Review of Market and conducts competitor scan as needed
  • Conceptualize/initiate & launches sales promotions to achieve standards of sales velocity
  • Training and product presentations
  • Initiate Roadshows and Investment Opportunity Forums (International/National/Virtual)
  • Alignment with Business Development and Marketing during project conceptualization
  • Monitoring of direct and indirect competitors and relevant external factor affecting sales performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies in the real estate industry.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience of more than 5 years in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
