Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is looking for a skilled and dedicated Accounting Associate to join our growing team.

Work Location: Cagayan Valley Road, Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan

Position Overview

The Accounting Associate is responsible for the accurate recording and monitoring of Accounts Payable (Trade), including related advances and supporting documents, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and process Accounts Payable (Trade) transactions accurately and on a timely basis
Monitor Accounts Payable – Trade advances and ensure proper liquidation and reconciliation
Check completeness, validity, and accuracy of supporting documents prior to processing
File, organize, and safeguard Delivery Receipts (DR) and Sales Invoices (SI) in an orderly manner for audit and reference purposes
Transmit, track, and coordinate HPML documents to ensure timely submission and processing
Assist in monthly reconciliation of supplier balances and AP-related reports
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies and payment concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures in all AP-related transactions
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

✅ Qualifications:

Graduate of Accountancy or related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential documents
Willing to be assigned in Guiguinto, Bulacan
