Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate (Tax) to support tax preparation, filing, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in BIR compliance, VAT, and withholding taxes who want to grow their career in accounting and taxation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and file BIR tax returns including VAT (2550Q/2550M), EWT (1601EQ/1601FQ), and other tax-related reports
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and City Hall requirements (registrations, renewals, amendments, and submissions)
- Assist in the review of financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents
- Monitor tax deadlines and maintain accurate tax records
- Research updates on Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations to ensure compliance and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- Experience or knowledge in tax compliance, BIR filings, VAT, EWT, and statutory reports is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willing to work onsite in Banawe, Quezon City
