Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate supports the finance and accounting team by performing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly closing activities
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Location:

ORA Electronics Center, Quiapo, Manila

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
