HR Intern – Compensation and Benefits

Allowance: PHP 300 per day (8-hour shift)

• Help with basic tasks related to employee salary, allowances, and benefits
• Assist in organizing employee information needed for payroll
• Keep track of employee benefits like leaves, HMO, and other company perks
• Answer simple employee questions about their pay and benefits
• Help update records and files related to compensation and benefits
• Support onboarding tasks like assisting with benefits enrollment
• Do simple research on salary trends and benefits ideas
• Join activities that help improve employee experience

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and messaging platforms
• Very good in using Canva for recruitment and employer branding materials
• Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Curious about people and passionate about matching the right talent with the right role
• Can commit to a minimum of 400 internship hours
• Willing to work onsite with our team Monday to Friday
