If you’re interested in business consulting, HR strategy, organizational development, and solving real workplace challenges, this internship will give you hands-on exposure to meaningful work.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Recruitment Consultant Intern at Sabio, you will support our growth efforts by:
- Assisting in research and analysis for HR, organizational development, and business consulting projects
- Supporting the development of client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Conducting industry, company, and workforce research to support consulting engagements
- Assisting in documentation, data organization, and preparation of consulting materials
- Helping prepare frameworks, templates, and internal consulting resources
- Participating in internal strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Supporting project coordination and tracking of deliverables
- Assisting with case study documentation and knowledge management
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a driven, creative, and independent intern who’s passionate about digital storytelling and branding.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Economics, or related courses
- Must be completing internship/OJT requirements (minimum 300–500 hours)
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Interest in consulting, strategy, HR, organizational development, or business advisory
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
- Hands-on exposure to real consulting projects and client work
- Experience in HR strategy, organizational consulting, and business advisory
- Mentorship from experienced consultants and HR professionals
- Opportunity to work on impactful workplace transformation projects
- Portfolio-worthy consulting outputs such as reports, frameworks, and case studies
- Certificate of Completion and professional recommendation (for top performers)
