About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple digital marketing campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will work closely with the Account Management and Operations teams to coordinate project timelines, allocate resources, monitor campaign progress, and ensure seamless execution across multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital marketing environment while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Manage 10–25 active digital marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Create, monitor, and manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Account Managers, SEO Specialists, Paid Ads Specialists, Content Writers, Designers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, issues, and risks.
- Develop action plans and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before completion.
- Track campaign milestones, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Facilitate internal operations meetings and document meeting discussions, action items, and next steps.
- Generate monthly project reports and provide meaningful campaign insights to the Account Management Team.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and project records.
- Ensure resources are properly allocated to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's digital marketing services and processes.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative Agency, or Technology environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify project risks before they become issues.
- Confident in facilitating meetings and communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
