• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in media buying, influencer marketing, or business development.
• Proficiency with media buying platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing influencer or client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and solutions.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a remote work environment.
