The General Manager leads strategy and owns full P&L performance across B2B, government, and eCommerce channels. The role drives profitable growth through disciplined go-to-market execution, strong governance over tenders/contracts, pricing and trade terms, and cross-functional leadership to deliver service excellence, risk control, and sustainable competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Alignment- Lead growth strategy and market positioning
- Align business units with enterprise priorities
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs
- Ensure governance, risk management, and sustainability
- Own revenue and profitability targets
- Align and integrate revenue drivers across departments
- Optimize revenue streams and cost efficiency
- Oversee tender governance and compliance
- Manage full contract lifecycle
- Mitigate public-sector risks and ensure service delivery
- Define segmentation and go-to-market strategy
- Lead major negotiations and pricing governance
- Manage partners/distributors and account profitability
- Drive e-commerce strategy and targets
- Ensure platform compliance and operational readiness
- Oversee customer experience and omnichannel alignment
- Lead S&OP to align demand and supply
- Improve service levels and inventory management
- Optimize logistics and cost-to-serve
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws and policies
- Drive adoption of digital procurement (PhilGEPS)
Technical Knowledge :
- Working knowledge of Philippine government procurement (RA 9184 & 2016 IRR)
- Understanding of electronic transactions and digital documentation frameworks
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of campaign management and performance analytics

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
- 12–15+ years of leadership experience across B2B, B2G, and B2eC
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong background in P&L management and driving business growth
