General Manager

The General Manager leads strategy and owns full P&L performance across B2B, government, and eCommerce channels. The role drives profitable growth through disciplined go-to-market execution, strong governance over tenders/contracts, pricing and trade terms, and cross-functional leadership to deliver service excellence, risk control, and sustainable competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead growth strategy and market positioning
• Align business units with enterprise priorities
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs
• Ensure governance, risk management, and sustainability

• Own revenue and profitability targets
• Align and integrate revenue drivers across departments
• Optimize revenue streams and cost efficiency

• Oversee tender governance and compliance
• Manage full contract lifecycle
• Mitigate public-sector risks and ensure service delivery

• Define segmentation and go-to-market strategy
• Lead major negotiations and pricing governance
• Manage partners/distributors and account profitability

• Drive e-commerce strategy and targets
• Ensure platform compliance and operational readiness
• Oversee customer experience and omnichannel alignment

• Lead S&OP to align demand and supply
• Improve service levels and inventory management
• Optimize logistics and cost-to-serve

• Ensure compliance with procurement laws and policies
• Drive adoption of digital procurement (PhilGEPS)

Technical Knowledge :

• Working knowledge of Philippine government procurement (RA 9184 & 2016 IRR)
• Understanding of electronic transactions and digital documentation frameworks
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of campaign management and performance analytics

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• 12–15+ years of leadership experience across B2B, B2G, and B2eC
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong background in P&L management and driving business growth
