JOB SUMMARY
The Distributor Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by ensuring the consistent availability of Nabati products across all relevant sales channels through the effective management of partner distributor(s).This role also focuses on identifying growth opportunities within key categories and supports the development and execution of both distributor-led and company-funded marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and oversee the assigned sales team to ensure achievement of financial, operational, and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop sales plans, project timelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and formulate strategies to grow sales volume and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business development opportunities for Nabati in the Philippines.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss product offerings, pricing, delivery schedules, and address business concerns.
- Partner with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital team in recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing and motivated sales force.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and meet customer demand across distribution points.
- Track and evaluate sales team performance to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Address client and team-related concerns promptly, and implement corrective actions to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and productivity goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
