Chiller Supervisor (DP Concepcion Tarlac)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and control the overall activities within the chiller area
• Keep the inventory level optimized by maintaining the flow of incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished goods
• Maintaining the accuracy of inventory and other documentation process to avoid variances from production to dispatch
• Ensure optimal work force by providing proper training and proper distribution of workloads.
• Guaranteed 100% serving of chilled products
• Responsible for maintaining security measures inside chiller area to preserve the quality and integrity of the products
• Ensure zero product condemnation due to poor warehousing
• Conduct performance evaluation of personnel
• Assure that all documented reports are submitted at the given timeline
• Ensure zero product lost by checking all variances from raw materials to end product.
• Analyze correct manpower and check the variability of workload and implement an immediate action and acceptable solution
• Ability to present a well-organized comprehensive and substantive report
• Ensure consistent compliance to quality and food safety management system
• Assume the direct and indirect responsibility to implement the objectives, targets and programs of the company to ensure that the integrated management system of the company is implemented.
• Perform other task that management may assign from time to time

Key Qualifications

Experience: With at least 1 year of experience in warehousing related to manufacturing of perishable goods.
