Lead and manage a commercial sales team
- Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and overall commercial performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term client retention and growth.
- Oversee contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and customer support initiatives.
- Translate business targets into actionable execution plans and allocate resources effectively across the team.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across target industries, including banking, fintech, and FMCG.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives and improve customer outcomes.
- Monitor and optimize key sales metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, Salesforce utilization, and margin performance.
- Drive a customer-centric approach focused on sustainable growth, account expansion, and retention.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management roles.
- Track record of managing large-scale revenue portfolios, ideally around PHP 1B in annual sales within mid-to-large organizations.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with exposure to managing sizeable teams.
- Strong background in strategic sales planning, forecasting, and commercial execution.
- Experience managing key accounts, commercial contracts, and long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to translate commercial objectives into actionable plans and effectively allocate resources to deliver results.
- Exposure to industries such as banking, fintech, FMCG, NCR, or other B2B services sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, forecasting, margin management, and CRM utilization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business functions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to drive retention, account growth, and sustainable business performance.
