HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES is urgently hiring a detail-oriented and resourceful Purchasing Officer with extensive experience handling a wide range of SKUs and suppliers within the construction industry. This role is critical in maintaining cost-efficiency, supply accuracy, and timely procurement to support ongoing project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, tools, and equipment specific to vertical construction projects
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and inventory coordination
• Maintain an updated database of suppliers, material prices, and lead times
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse, project, and finance teams for smooth procurement flow
• Prepare timely procurement reports, purchase tracking, and variance analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years purchasing experience in a construction or project-based environment
• Strong exposure in managing multiple SKUs, sourcing local and national suppliers
• Proficient in procurement systems, negotiation, and documentation
• Trustworthy, proactive, and highly organized
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City and can start immediately
