Position: 1 Quality Assurance Supervisor
Job Description- Implement QA/QC plans and ensure project quality requirements are met.
- Conduct inspections on materials and workmanship for compliance with approved specifications.
- Prepare quality-related documents such as inspection and test reports, material submittals, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Review and verify material certifications, calibration certificates, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in audits and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Ensure that the project meets safety, health, and environmental regulations in line with quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance on construction projects.
- Knowledgeable in all measuring instruments frequently used in inspections & testing
- Familiar with QA/QC processes, quality documentation, and construction standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians
