Position title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

• Supports staff by providing coaching and mentoring.
• Reviews work completion for accuracy.
• Monitors program and project workflow.
• Understands client SLA's and facilitates internal and external calibration sessions.
• Prepares statistical reporting for senior leadership review.
• Supports performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assists in interviewing candidates.
• Provides training for team members through demonstrations and discussions.
• Works to create a list of processes and sub-processes.
• Creates standards for documentation of policies, procedures, and defining records.
• Ensures adequacy checks on documents that have been created.
• Conducts process writing workshops for business operations.
• Establishes a process to identify, index, classify, codify, store, and retrieve documents.
• Maintains version controls for documents and records.
• Develops and implements improvement programs, initiatives, and processes.
• Conducts audits and reviews data/documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / finished 4-year course in college

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and language.

Must have good analytical skills and Problem-Solving skills.
