About the Role
The Generative AI Engineer (Agentic AI) role drives the design and deployment of advanced Agentic AI systems within a financial services environment where precision, scalability, and intelligent automation directly influence business outcomes.You will architect AI-driven solutions that extend beyond traditional models-building autonomous agents capable of reasoning, adapting, and executing complex multi-step workflows. This is a strategic engineering position shaping next-generation financial intelligence systems.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on Python development experience in AI or backend systems
- Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and database integrations
- Experience in API integrations, multithreading, and structured programming
- Strong exposure to AWS AI/ML services and cloud-native deployments
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Design and develop Python-based AI applications and services
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and multi-step execution
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI models with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, SageMaker, and S3
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Research and implement emerging AI tools, libraries, and frameworks
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications and models for performance and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and Agentic AI technologies
