As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist, your job is to maintain the data quality of our customer databases by performing research, data validation, and updating of existing records.

Your responsibilities include:

• conducting research on customer data as per guidelinesinstructions
• - analyzing existing data to check for inconsistencies and duplicates
• - correcting data inaccuracies in our database
• - preparing reports based on work done
• - performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s)
